On-site attendee check-in begins Sunday, May 21st at 3 PM. Reception Sunday evening starting at 5:30p. Last CE session ends Wednesday May 24th at 12:30 PM.
Attendee Registration ($495) includes five meals: breakfasts on the mornings of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 22 thru 24th. Lunch on Monday, May 22nd and the evening banquet and world famous live auction on Tuesday evening, May 23rd.
Add Guests for all five meals ($245), or only the Tuesday banquet ($125) event. To register guests for all meals, use the guest registration option on the Full Convention Registration page or the separate registration form.
To register a Guest for the banquet meal only ($125 option), complete the separate registration form: Guest Registration - Banquet Only, independent of the regular workshop CE registration.
CE registration includes a digital PDF copy of the speaker hand-out materials. A printed copy (book) of the hand-outs is available for purchase at $55 to cover the cost of printing. An e-mail order form for printed book orders will be sent in April. Payment can be made online via credit card.
Registration will close at midnight, May 9th. Late fee ($55) from May 1-9.
