Corporate Transparency Act / BOI Beneficial Ownership Info

This 50-minute Program will present a deep dive into the the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirement that went into effect Jan 1, 2024.  This act may affect EVERY LLC, S Corporation, C Corporation and any other entity required to be registered with their respective state.

MOST small businesses will need to file with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) -

9 Days into the new year, FinCEN has already  warned of Suspicious Activity (Identity Theft).  

Practitioners may wish to check with their E&O carrier to verify that these federal filings are covered. Late-filing penalties are $500 per day per penalty up to $10,000 per year.

Registration fee is $15.  1 IRS Federal Tax CE will be awarded.
